The staff were friendly and the hotel was kept very clean. the design of the rooms and common areas was modern and appealing. the location near the train station made it convenient for travel. the variety of TV channels in different languages was a nice touch.

One negative aspect was the lack of responsiveness to guest requests. Some requests, such as additional maps or facilities, were ignored.
